Paddle for a Purpose

The Woods and Waters Land Trust presents Paddle for a Purpose on the Kentucky River.  Each Sunday a different pool of the Kentucky River will be highlighted.  The Carrollton Pool will be featured October 6.  All necessary equipment and shuttle services are provided. Refreshments and snack bags will be made available at each event, and community celebrations, including food trucks, live music, educational booths and more, will occur after the events in Frankfort and Carrollton. Bring your own canoe or kayak or rent one from Paddle For A Purpose partner Canoe Kentucky.  All proceeds go directly to the Woods and Waters Land Trust.  For more information or to purchase tickets visit www.woodsandwaterstrust.org.
